The Lilliput Press regrets the loss of this vibrant figure: friend of the Press, founder of Claddagh Records, patron of poets, traditional Irish music lover, bibliophile and bon viveur. Luggala, a Petit Trianon, near Roundwood in County Wicklow, was his seat of entertainment where he hosted the great and not-so-good across art’s spectrum. We celebrate his life and the gaiety it afforded, while mourning the passing of a chief amongst men.
