Before submitting your work please read the below guidelines carefully.
The books published by The Lilliput Press are all broadly focused on Irish themes and have a connection with Ireland. Please bear this in mind when considering us for submission.
We publish a wide range of titles spanning history, memoir, biography, nature writing, essay collections and literary fiction. We are particularly interested in these areas.
Please note we do not publish poetry, crime fiction, romance, science fiction, fantasy, children's books or other genre fiction.
To submit please fill out this Google Form and attach the following:
- A single-page cover letter
- Synopsis of your work.
- Three sample chapters (5000 words).
We publish books entirely on their merit and acknowledge each piece of work and try to give time and attention to all of them, but please allow up to 6 months for a response.
